Madison finally did it - she came to me this a.m. & asked me to finally remove a tooth for her!! Last week I got a call from the School saying Madison was in the nurses office with sick stomach... I was confused as she had finally just got over the flu... well low & behold when she got home - THE CULPRIT... ANOTHER loose tooth, so bad she couldn't eat!!! My children & their teeth!!
She was starving & hadn't eaten much in days... that day she had eaten 1 bite of her sandwich & nothing else.... no wonder her stomach was sick!!
So we had been to the Draper open house - most of the food we had that day was soft, we stopped in to visit Aunt Tam, Uncle Josh & had some homemade bread (YUMMY!) & she once again revealed her loose tooth - but wasn't willing to let anyone touch it! Well I think with Josh & Tammy's encouragement - she woke up Sat (Valentine's day) realized she couldn't eat her cereal unless she was willing to let it get soggy & then eating her Valentine's candy might be tough... so she came & woke me up & asked me to take it out so she could eat & even went & found the pliers for me!!! Her she is right after... no tears, rash, swollen eyes... it came right out & she was ready for the day... she wanted me to make sure to let Josh & Tam know that she is a big girl... (here is a pic. just for you!) I don't know how her teeth just hang on...as you can see the tooth that should be on the side of it was coming up right under it... their poor teeth!!
He wasn't so impressed (or was trying not to act impressed) at the beginning - as he is trying to not lead any one specific girl into thinking "they are in a relationship"... just friends & one particular young lady pays very close attention to him & enjoys showering him with treats & stuff during any & all holidays... well as the hunt went on & he was raking in the candy... he started smiling a little more - till the last clue led him to her house to pick-up his final "prize"... (as he doesn't always know what to say when her dad answers the door!!) Hilarious!!
He & Tyler walked, it was freezing.... it was funny! (I was hoping it was a 3 ft. fluffy bunny or something he had to carry home, but it wasn't. It was a 12 inch ape that sang him a song!! :) FUNNY!
