Today we had a fun day! We have had our Cousins Adri & Grant visiting with us as their mom recoups after having her baby. It has been fun to see them all laugh, play, & just get to be together. It is funny to see the girls being just 5 years old - are obsessed with each other's clothes!! So I have had to get use to Madison in clothes that I don't recognize & then out of the corner of my eye I see Adri dressed in Madi's clothes & think she is Madi... so they have been trying to confuse me!! They have quite a connection. I always wondered how they would fair being that they were born 4 days apart!! Their relationship must have started in Heaven!!
It has been quite a while since we have seen them as they had moved out to OH for a while to be with their dad while he was working - so it has been nice!!
Anyway the kids have just played their hearts out!! We had our good friend Austin over today too & the kids just followed him around & were running from one activity to another. I am quite amazed at how well they followed the clean-up rule - my house was never a wreck once (YEAH!)!! Then they would run to be outside & then back in. Well, we had lunch & went to the movies. Then we ran home got our suits on & ran to the splash park... it had been pretty cool & overcast today & I saw a small opportunity of sun peaking through the clouds! The kids could have cared less about the sun or not.. they had such a blast running & playing in the water that we stayed an extra hour longer! Brady is still very unsure of the water falling all over & pouring out of things - but he loved running
around the outside & watching the kids & then running over to the playground to play too!
The older boys have joined up with the Summer Theater for Youth & have been taking classes this whole week & participating in the "Fiddler on the Roof, Jr." They have had quite a bit of fun!! Tyler is on the publicity, building, & painting crew as he really didn't want to be in the show or have the possibility of putting on make-up or tights. Garrett on the other hand was too nervous & wasn't going to audition!! But with some encouragement from the Theater Professor - he shyly went & we are glad he did as he is so much happier now & is having a lot of fun! He is the Rabbi in the play (Garrett said he has like 1-2 words/lines to say!) So he is excited to be back in action & with all the kids!!
Update on family: We have heard through the grapevine that Dakota's tests came back NO LEUKEMIA & that it is still most likely Kawasaki's disease. (We are so grateful!) Everyone has been so busy we haven't been able to get much details on what has happened this week. Chelsea is starting to feel better - even though the Bells Palsy is taking it's time & it sounds like the baby is doing quite well too. So off to the wedding in the morning & Brody's blessing the next morning!!

Thanks again for taking them for a few days! They had a blast and have been talking about everything that Aunt Jeanna did with them while they were there. I'm so glad that they were so happy and in such great care. Grant hasn't developed any more "spots" so we're hoping either it was a really light case with the vacine or a bug bite! Thanks again it really helped tons to have a few days to re-coop!
