Black Bean Brownies... or as Garrett calls them our "Magical Mexican Brownies"

These are so GREAT!! So simple & easy - they are Almost too good to be true!!

Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (19 oz)
1 can black beans (15 oz)

*I doubled this recipe & it turned out great!

Rinse & drain the black beans. Then pour the beans back into the can & fill with fresh water. Pour beans & water into a blender & puree till smooth (I know sounds too easy... but it really is true!!)

Add puree to brownie mix & Stir (or blend) - That is all - no other ingredients!!

Pour into a sprayed cake pan & follow the directions for baking as printed on the back of the brownie box.

Let them cool completely - then cut & ENJOY!
